Born in New York and raised in New Jersey, Dr. Stephanie Chu received her dental degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. She then completed a General Practice Residency at the Manhattan Veterans Affairs Hospital, concentrating on restorative and emergency dentistry and the management of medically complex patients. This was then followed by a three-year post-graduate study of periodontics and implantology at NYU and the Manhattan Veterans Affairs hospital.

Her persistent drive and skill set have allowed her to consistently develop and extend her knowledge within periodontology, helping her to understand complex cases and offer the best treatment for her patients at a high standard.

Her creativity and skill set does not end in dentistry. With years of experience in music, Dr. Chu plays guitar. During weekends, you can find her enjoying the city with her dogs and exploring cities.
