Park Avenue in NYC

Welcome to Our Dental Practice

Integrated Aesthetic Dentistry is the premier prosthodontic practice in New York City. Our specialists provide exceptional implant, cosmetic, and reconstructive dentistry, along with preventive and general dental care for the whole family. Our Park Avenue location offers the following dental services:

Prosthodontics – Prosthodontics is a dental specialty that focuses on jaw function and the restoration and replacement of natural teeth. Our additional years of training and education means we’re the best choice when it comes to full mouth restorations, dentures, and treatment for congenital oral defects and traumatic injuries.

Cosmetic Dentistry – Cosmetic dentistry improves not only your smile, but also your self-confidence. Integrated Aesthetic Dentistry provides teeth whitening, cosmetic bonding, and porcelain veneers at its Park Avenue location in NYC.

Invisalign – Many of our Manhattan patients choose Invisalign because its clear plastic aligners are comfortable and discreet, making orthodontic treatment more convenient than ever before.

Dental Implants – Our practice provides dental implants on Park Ave., including single tooth implants, implant-supported bridges, implant-supported dentures, and teeth in a day. We utilize guided implant placement in all of these procedures for optimal results.

Same-Day Crowns – Same-day crowns are fabricated in our office, which means your tooth can be prepared and your crown can be placed during the same appointment, eliminating the need for a second visit.

Sleep Apnea Treatment – Oral appliance therapy repositions the lower jaw during sleep to keep the airway open without using a CPAP machine.

TMJ Disorder Treatment – Prosthodontists have expertise in jaw function and anatomy, including TMJ disorders. We offer a customized treatment approach that addresses the underlying cause of TMJ pain, not just the symptoms.

Sedation Dentistry – To help you stay relaxed and comfortable during dental procedures, we offer nitrous oxide, conscious oral sedation, and IV sedation.

Facial Aesthetics – Prosthodontists are an excellent choice for facial aesthetics because of our advanced training in the musculature and anatomy of the face. We offer BOTOX and dermal fillers in our Park Avenue office.

Periodontal Procedures – Our periodontal services include scaling and root planing, crown lengthening, gum grafting, bone grafting, and ridge preservation.

General Dentistry – Integrated Aesthetic Dentistry offers preventive care and general dentistry, including dental exams, cleaning, custom mouth guards, root canal treatment, and tooth extractions.

Restorative Dentistry – Our Manhattan dental practice takes a biomimetic approach to restorations to ensure that they look and function like natural teeth. When you get a filling, inlay or onlay, or dental bridge, your results will be strong, durable, and realistic.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a prosthodontist?

A prosthodontist is a dentist who specializes in creating aesthetic and functional replacements for missing teeth and correcting problems with the jaw, although we also offer the same types of services provided by a general dentist. Like a general dentist, prosthodontists go to dental school, but then after graduation they receive 2-3 years of additional training in prosthodontics.

Can a prosthodontist place dental implants?

Not all prosthodontists place dental implants—some only create the restorations that attach to dental implants, meaning you’ll have to see two different providers. At Integrated Aesthetic Dentistry on Park Avenue, you can receive both your surgical implants and your restorations at our office. Our eye for detail and specialized training means that you’ll get restorations that look just like your natural teeth—only better.

How long does a same-day crown take?

The entire same-day crown process usually takes about two hours and, as the name implies, you only have to visit our Park Avenue dental office once. Traditional crowns require two separate visits, with each lasting about 90 minutes.

How can I treat sleep apnea at home without CPAP?

Oral appliance therapy is a great alternative to CPAP—oral appliances are more affordable and less uncomfortable than CPAP machines and they solve one of the most common causes of sleep apnea by repositioning the lower jaw to keep the airway unobstructed.

What does Invisalign do?

Just like traditional metal braces, Invisalign aligners gradually change the position of your teeth over time. Braces accomplish this with brackets and wires, while Invisalign aligners use clear plastic molds to push the teeth where we want them to go. Each set of aligners is slightly different than the ones before, getting you closer to your treatment goal.

What are teeth veneers?

Veneers are thin porcelain pieces that cover the fronts of your natural teeth to hide imperfections or irregularities. A small amount of enamel is removed from your teeth, then the veneers are bonded in place. Veneers are designed to wrap slightly around the bottom and sides of your teeth for a natural appearance.

What Our Patients Are Saying

"I absolutely love Dr. Reid and the staff. They are knowledgeable, professional and they provide a great environment. I referred all my friends!"

"I visited Integrated Aesthetic Dentistry last week and it was my first dentist appointment in months (since the start of the pandemic). With everything going on, I instantly felt reassured when they greeted me as soon as I walked in (with masks) and took my temperature before I even sat down. It showed me they care about their patients and the healthiness of everyone in the office. New patient paperwork was so simple because it was all on an iPad. The hygienist was superb, explained everything she was doing and answered any questions I had. Dr. Reid was also excellent. She explained the implant process to me. The office was great - new dental technology, super clean waiting area and patient rooms, and simple to get to from public transportation. Will gladly go back to this dentist in the future. Also, got a cute gift bag of dental goodies when I left :)"

"Dr. Lisa Reid is an absolute gem. She is truly amazing. I was so scared to even sit in that chair for the procedure but Dr. Reid made me feel comfortable, and at peace. Dr. Reid's use of humor, the soft music selection in the background was soothing. In addition, even the detail to ensure I was comfortable in the chair and her assistant took every care in the world to assure that I was safe, comfortable, and pain-free. Dr. Lisa Reid and her assistant made my experience at the clinic more than I ever expected. I recommend this dental office wholeheartedly."

"Dr. Reid is the best dentist in New York City, hands down! My experience was amazing from the moment I stepped into the office. The front desk lady was so warm and friendly and explained my insurance benefits to me. The office was decorated for the season and it smelled like cinnamon! Dr. Reid was thorough in her exam and explanation of her findings. And Jery, the hygienist, gave me the best cleaning I have ever had. To top it off, I got whitening strips to bleach my teeth and a lot of other goodies. Don't go anywhere else, this is the best dentist and dental office in NYC!"
